The
vents are made form the same extruded square plastic rods as the
collar. I put a piece of expandable metal gutter guard behind them.
You can cut this material with some old scissors. I bought a big roll
of this stuff for about 3 dollars at a local hardware store. One screw
keeps the vent from falling out. The speakers for the robot sound effects
are located behind each side vent. The voice eminates from
the top (See
Audio).
The CD player for the robot sound is accessed from the rear vent.
